It was an absolute joy photographing Meg Jackson-Fox, for her new position, Director of the Feitler Center for Academic Inquiry and Head of Education at the Smart Museum at the University of Chicago. As she wrapped up her current position for The Center of Creative Photography at the University of Arizona, it was only fitting to photograph her urban headshots on campus. The simplicity of these ‘press release’ portraits have multi-use and longevity. Together we create authentic, on-brand imagery that bridges the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

“My favorite portraits ever! I am over the moon to have images by Fletcher and Co to mark the next chapter in my career, and in my family’s life. I could not be more grateful.” – Meg
Out of all the photographers in Tucson, why did you choose to hire/work with us?
I have followed the work of Fletcher and Co for a few years now, and what originally drew me to their portrait photographs was their warmth, intimacy, and joy. I also really enjoy the variety of compositions and the way in which they use environments, materials, and textures to frame their subjects. When I needed an updated portrait on the occasion of a new job opportunity, I immediately reached out.
Did you have any challenges, frustrations, fears or concerns prior to working with FCO? Were those resolved? If so, how?
Only that I am not terribly comfortable being photographed! Our session–together with the ease of conversation and the organic intertwining of posing suggestions and experiments–stilled my own nerves. In seeing the images afterwards, I can tell in my expression and posture that I was made to feel very much myself during the session. A miracle in itself, really!
What would you tell someone considering working with FCO?
Not only will you be floored by the photographs and the variety of wonderful options, but you’ll be so grateful your paths met.
Just a few we know you'll love
