On an early June day, we collaborated with Kathryn Prideaux of Prideaux Design. We gathered at a residence in the Finisterra neighborhood in Tucson, on a warm evening to capture the newly transformed Zen-like landscape.

The black onyx pool finish hints at dark depths while reflecting the sky and mature mesquite tree. The landscaping is minimal and drought-tolerant. Kathryn has signature design pieces in all of her projects. Her repeating elements of Eurphorbia (the Candelillas in this project) and Mexican Fencepost (in others) are our favorites because of the modern feel and leading lines.
