Circa 2018, Summertime
Practicing what we preach and documenting all the little and big moments. This was from our personal family trip to Chicago to visit great grandma for her 90th.
We spent a whole day in downtown Chicago, first at the Field Museum and then an impromptu water date along Lake Shore Drive at Lake Michigan. Before heading there we were hesitant to bring our big pro camera, yet so thankful we did. These destination family portraits will forever be some of our favorites because they were completely spontaneous and unposed. Going on a weekday was a bonus too. We escaped the crowds at the museum and it felt like we had the whole shore (and driftwood log) to ourselves.
Now that our daughter is getting older we are entertaining the idea of traveling more together whenever possible. Which means we can come to you!! Think of us when you’re planning your next trip (states or international), family adventure or even just hanging poolside at home. It would be an honor to become not just your family photographer but also your destination family photographer for years to come.
We are just as passionate about taking photos of our own family as we are of yours… especially when it comes to printing, designing an heirloom album or framed gallery wall.Â
Could you imagine a framed portrait from each venture? We sure could!Â
