If you know me well, then you already know: I wear Points Jewelry exclusively. That alone speaks volumes. I’ve always been particular about the things I wear—especially jewelry. My style leans toward simplicity and intention, and often, I don’t wear any at all. But Iliana’s pieces are different. Her designs strike a beautiful balance: timeless, delicate, and quietly elegant. They feel like an extension of me.

What I love most is how effortlessly her work pairs with my neutral capsule wardrobe. Whether I’m running errands, on a shoot, or heading to dinner, Points Jewelry always feels right. It doesn’t compete with my style—it completes it. There’s something about the way Iliana approaches design that resonates so deeply: nothing is overdone, and every piece feels considered, personal, and lasting.

Our daughter feels the same way. Watching her eyes light up during one of Iliana’s launches has become something of a tradition in our family. We each look forward to collecting something new—tiny treasures that mark moments, milestones, or simply speak to us. It’s more than jewelry. So when I have the chance to collaborate with a like-minded creative for their branding headshot photography—someone whose values, vision, and artistry align with mine—it’s more than just a project. Photographing Iliana for her urban headshots wasn’t just about capturing pretty images. It was about honoring her process, celebrating her craft, and telling the visual story of a brand built on heart and detail.

Collaborations like these are deeply fulfilling. They remind me why I do what I do. When shared creativity meets mutual respect, the journey becomes incredibly meaningful.

PCCs west campus is such a significant place for me and my business. It was among those concrete walls that Points Jewelry was conceived after I made my first ever metalsmithed piece of jewelry in Metalwork 1. I would have never thought of it as a backdrop for my professional headshots but seeing Casia’s previous work there made me realize her creative vision paired with the personal connection I have to the campus made it the perfect location.

I’ve always admired Casia’s work, but I’d never really considered professional photography for my brand. Thankfully the opportunity to work together presented itself and I knew I couldn’t pass it up.

I was nervous about being photographed but Casia made the experience so easy. She guided and directed me to ensure I not only looked my best but that I also felt comfortable. This created the most natural and effortless looking headshots.

Everything fell into place so perfectly and the results were better than I ever could have hoped for!
